What types of organizations do you work with?
We primarily serve nonprofits—especially those focused on supporting at-risk individuals, veterans, and animals. If your organization is mission-driven and community-focused, we’d love to talk.
What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of grant and fund development services, including:
Grant prospecting and research
Letter of Inquiry (LOI) writing
Full grant writing
Grant preparation and submission support
Grant management and reporting
Fund development consulting
Can you help us find grants?
Yes! Our grant prospecting service identifies funders that align with your mission, location, and program needs. We do the research so you can focus on impact.
What’s your process for writing a grant?
We start with a discovery call to understand your organization’s mission/purpose, goals, and programs. From there, we build a timeline, gather needed documents, and begin crafting a compelling, funder-aligned proposal. We’ll collaborate closely with you every step of the way.
How long does it take to write a grant?
It depends on the complexity of the opportunity and how soon materials are available. Typically, we ask for 2–4 weeks for a standard grant, but rush projects may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
Do you submit the grant for us?
Yes, if you prefer. We can handle the full submission process or prepare everything for your team to submit—your choice.
How do you price your services?
We offer both flat-rate packages and hourly consulting options. Pricing varies by the size and complexity of the project. We’ll provide a clear proposal before we begin.
Do you take a percentage of awarded grants?
No. Ethical grant professionals do not work on commission. We follow the standards set by the Grant Professionals Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Do you offer ongoing grant support?
Yes! We offer ongoing retainers for organizations that need consistent grant research, writing, and reporting support. This is ideal for organizations scaling up or managing multiple grants.
Can you help with grant reporting?
Absolutely. We assist with both interim and final reports, ensuring timely, accurate submissions that maintain strong funder relationships.
Do you manage grants after they’re awarded?
Yes. We can help track deadlines, report requirements, spending benchmarks, and funder communications.
Do you offer a free intial consultation?
Yes! We provide a free, 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and how we might help.
